B&B HOTEL Saarbrücken-Ost Reviews

I've known this place for a long time. Now it's a B&B. Ok for the price.

It's small, but clean. The location is very convenient, just opposite the stadium, with a tram stop downstairs, and there are supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. However, the sound insulation is really average.

It's a good place to walk to the stadium. Transportation is convenient, with the light rail and bus station just outside.

The hotel's parking spaces are severely limited, forcing me to park in a non-parking area that didn't obstruct traffic, even though other guests were already parked there. The hotel staff only asked me to move, rather than treating other guests who had parked in the wrong spot equally. Their attitude was rude, and I strongly suspect discrimination against people of other ethnicities. The shower head was broken and couldn't be secured to the hook, showing signs of long-standing neglect. A terrible experience. I strongly recommend against booking this hotel!

I stopped by on my way to Luxembourg and just slept! It's small, but clean :)

A good quality budget hotel that met expectations. A safe, clean hotel to stay on a long journey. Take the breakfast option, good value and available from 06.30 There is a REWE supermarket open until 20.00 5 mins from the hotel.

We wanted somewhere cheap and clean to stay while on a road trip. Thats exactly what we got. Convenient to centre of town also.

Ibis Saarbruecken Ost is a great hotel and well placed. Great breakfast and it's an integral part of our holidays. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

A very friendly welcoming stay , would definitely stay again. Well situated and easy to find , perfect place to stop on a long drive across Europe . Very clean rooms and the bed was firm , an excellent nights sleep .

Two stars for budget and cleanliness, I was upset after being locked out of room after making reservations for 3 days. I didn't understand that paying at the kiosk was only for one night after entering credit card information. The receptionist said it was my fault because everything was on the documentation. I acknowledge my mistake and I apologize for being rude. It's what after she said makes me not want to come back. But I was being rude, she said, then I said your attitude is not making the situation any better. Just a little bit of advice, if you want customers to come back be customer centric, and if we have to pay a little bit more for customer service I don't have a problem paying, it's a matter of principle. Have your receptionist have a little bit more empathy for travelers that don't speak or write German language.

A clean, tidy hotel in a convenient location with ample parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard Ibis and perfectly adequate and functional for an overnight stay. If I ever return to Saarbrücken, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Our room was, as expected, functional and clean. The hotel offers ample on-site parking around and within the building. We found the location on the outskirts of the city to be ideal. After about a 20-minute walk, we reached the very center. Several restaurants and a bakery/café are within a 600-meter radius.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut aber es ist zu ertragen ☺️ wenn nochmal in Saarbrücken dann nur dieses Hotel
