有史以來最差的一次酒店經歷。這家的reception和真正住的地方之間隔了500米，但是酒店沒有任何的事前通知，我們拖着行李箱走到房間門口沒有鑰匙打電話才知道，還得走回去拿鑰匙。可能正常覺得走回去也沒什麼，但這是零下20度厚雪的芬蘭啊！recetion是在一個超市裡麪，門口也沒有任何標識，衹能打電話問前台，前台態度非常惡劣，指着人鼻子説希望你能behave yourself，並拒不承認是自己的工作失誤，説要我去和平台complain。住了一晚第二天要走，正常收拾行李時，一個女的不敲門直接開鑰匙進來大喊“out now！”我反問給點時間收拾怎麼了，她就説10分鐘必須走。總之非常非常惡劣的態度，體驗極差，前台和工作人員英語都非常差，聽不懂人話

Super clean and very comfortable bedding, stylish decor. Please note that each room has a time slot for the sauna. This slot is communicated to you when collecting the keys and access begins after 3 p.m.
The only thing to know and which is ESSENTIAL, is that the GPS sends you to the place where you are going to stay and not to the place where you collect the keys! .
Please note that keys are handed over at
the entrance to a super market (which serves as reception)....it is located in the small shopping center 150m further down (super market)! Yes, it's not very common to go and collect your keys from the mini-gallery cafeteria!
