Staffs are kind and good at English so I didn't have any difficulty of communication. I recommend to buy a spa included ticket and enjoy the Finnish sauna. For the foods, you have to pay for the dinner buffet but the quality is really good. It was worth every penny. There was nothing inconvenient at all. If I had to pick one, there were no amenities in the bathroom only except soap.

I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to town or take a bus.

I lived for a week.
It's a room at the end, so the Wi-Fi didn't work well.
The water pressure was good and it was nice to have a microwave that could be used for common use.
It was a bit inconvenient because I could use it with a key rather than a card key, maybe because it was a bit old room.
There is a mart nearby and a bus stop right there, so it was convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the resort, the facilities are also very complete, there is a swimming pool, but it costs money. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and the breakfast is very good. The room is far away and it takes a long way to get to the front desk.
