The remodel was a great clean quiet. Generally an overall good experience with nice clean room is very easy to relax Inn, and still close to things.

The facilities were very old and the breakfast was too simple. However, the basics needed for a stay were good (comfortable bed, shower, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating), so it's perfect for those on a budget.

There are not many choices in the local area. This one is not bad, and it is very convenient in every way. It is probably better to go in summer, and it is not far from the beach!

When I got the room, I was under the impression that it was a pet friendly hotel because that’s what it stated on the website. When we got to the hotel with our service animal, not only where we asked inappropriate questions that shouldn’t be asked in involving a service animal. We were forced to downgrade rooms, but be charged for the same price four people in a tiny two queen bedroom on top of a service animal uncomfortable. I left after the first night there were homeless people outside, begging for money there was no upkeep to the hotel, especially outside when they said there was a grill area. It was broken tables and no fire pits or grills. They said they offered a computer and printer it was broken. My overall stay with this place was not OK especially being the first family vacation we were trying to take with our children and had to deal with this.

Disgusting hotel
Worst hotel I’ve ever been to so disgusting rooms were nasty with stains on the furniture and had bed bugs in two of my rooms cause I asked for another room and the second one was even worse than the first it was disgusting and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Old Orchard beach stay far away from this place trust me
