Very nice stay. Enjoyed snorkelling watching sea turtles. Food is simple, but I love it. Beer is good. Wine is also tasty. Personal is Internet at the lobby is free, but slow. Pay internet prices: 4euro a day, 8 euros three days, 13 a week, 18 ten days. I used holafly ESIM. Speedy but more expensive.

Very kind and caring staff, nice animation programm, we enjoy baby disco, fire and oriental show and all beach activities...we recomend this hotel, there Is beautiful beach. Also good Is very good, you van choose from many meals And drinks.

Very good and new Gym Equipment. Moreover there is a very good beach without Stones. Also there is good meat Like Chicken, fish and scrambled eggs. Aditionally very big area with plants. Excellent animation Team, especially Nur, Miro and Mura.

Beautiful place. I am here for 10 days and enjoying it so far. The hotel has good stuff, the beach is great and food tastes good. The room is really nice and the animation team is very nice. We enjoy the sun and the sea with my family. The weather is very very good and I could only recommend this hotel.

Visit hotel Shams Safaga was the best choice. Beach by the hotel is beautiful. In the restaurant is a big amount of food and it’s tasty. People there are kind and ensure really good time. Animation team is the best and makes you smile everytime. Animators join you in sports (like volleyball, darts, aquagym, …) and every evening is a mini disco and some show on the program.

The hotel is a really good value for money. The staff is cooperative with us. They gave us a very nice room. The beach is very splendid and beautiful. The shopping places are very close to the hotel.We will come back again next time. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed Shaaban and his wonderful team

I visit Shams 3-4 times a year and it's hard to believe that every time I see more beneficial changes and amenities. So beautiful and well-groomed plants, for which this place is famous, take on more and more sophisticated forms. But the most important thing is the fantastic atmosphere of the hotel. Thanks to the efforts of all the staff, each guest can feel at home. I will highly recommend Shams

A large hotel with a beautiful swimming pool complex. The interiors are very nice. The rooms are very large, the décor is good, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are very nice and helpful. A large selection of food. The food is very tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Waiters very nice, helpful. Great animations, animators very nice, joyful, enjoying their work. They always cheer you up, they are always willing to help. The beach is very wide and clean. Very good, helpful residents. I loved it. The best vacation of my life. The hotel is worth recommending.
