Sagamihara Minami Ward Hotels

I thought it was a business hotel, so it was a beautiful room except for it. The restaurant was also a buffet, but there was a healthy menu, and children (3rd grade) could eat it. It would have been better if white rice was delicious rice.

It was a short stay, but I was able to spend comfortably.

Service was great. The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. She used a device to translate for us when she did not understand us

The hotel check-in time is 12:00-23:00. It is about 300 meters away from Sagamihara Station. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. To check in, you just need to show your voucher to the counter. They will explain in Japanese that when you enter the room, you first press the door lock button, and then swipe your card to enter. When you go out, you press the button first, and then swipe your card to lock it. Check-out time is 10 a.m., and the key is placed at the counter. Boxes and the like were all spoken in Japanese and I couldn’t quite understand them. The room is clean. It has a bathtub, microwave, kettle, clothes hangers, slippers, refrigerator, towels, bath towels, shampoo and shower gel. There is also a can of freshening spray. You can take the supplies on the first floor when you are staying. There is a paid washing machine. There are also vending machines on the 2nd and 1st floors where you can buy alcohol and drinks.

Close to the station of Xiangmoyuan Station on the Yokohama Line, you can see the Toyoko landmarks when you leave the station/eye. They are clean and tidy, and there are daily necessities. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is completely enough.

The room size is big enough for one person. It has a card key so you can enter and exit the hotel freely, so it's easy to move around outside. Above all, the breakfast was the best. The variety and taste were excellent and I ate too much. If you stay here, please try the breakfast. You will regret it if you don't.

Check-in and check-out procedures are very convenient. The waiters are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. The cleaning staff are also very polite. It was very quiet during the stay, and the windows were well ventilated. It is also very close to the station, which is very convenient. I am very happy to choose such a hotel to stay in.

The hotel is nice and clean, it is small but still comfortable. If you drive you will likely have to park in their other lot that is about a 5 minute walk away, it's free parking though so it's nice. You can watch Netflix on the TV and the customer service at this hotel Wonderful!

A great find for my New Years stay. Perfect location for both accessing Yokohama and central Tokyo, although the latter does take around 1hr to get to. But also a great place to access the nearby Mt Takao, Mt Jinba and the ridge trail along there. So, if you’re looking for a nice spot with access to the city and hiking opportunities, this will do the trick. Also, I’d like to not how amazing the staff were. Attentive and friendly. Plus, the food they prepared each morning—a part of the accommodation deal—was amazing! I’d highly recommend the Toyoko Inn.

Japanese hotel is great as always even if it is cheap. Best location just right outside of train station and beside a convenience store
