Rooms are clean and hygiene down stairs u have all the restaurant n everything overall good hotel to stay

Terrible room, fungus, stain, seepage was there in the room. It is a premium terrace room, and this is the condition.

Staff needed highly training, giving food and cleaning doesn't not complete your hotel, behavior is must needed. They are not even smiling and not even aware that what guest wants. Few of the staff is having attitude issue. Even they are talking face to face, looking somewhere, talking somehow. Mr. Owner you have such a good hotel. Please work on few things, that can change your hotel. Restaurant- highly priced. Hotel charges- highly priced.

Food is good. Bfast is not buffet. Rooms are nice and average but little overpriced. Food is tasty and good range.

Room condition not well no neat and clean room staff not good minibar not in working geyser not work properly

First of all the food is really delicious specialy kadai paneer but i really upset with bed sheet and pillow not clean properly

Washroom was stinking and shower was not working properly. Room was comfortable . Needs improvement

Hotel was a newly build property. Stay was comfortable, but food we ordered from hotel was expensive & quantity also not upto the mark. Rest everything was good.

Intercom was not working, restaurant was closed at 11 pm, towels were not available in washroom. Room was not properly clean

Cockroach in the room. Shower not working in the washroom.

Hotel amenities need to be improved. Toiletries are not at available, light in bath room is very dim. Breakfast was not ready as per schedule time with very limited options.

I am facing a problem in wifi connectivity. Breakfast not arranged in buffet. Reason has given by manager that not enough crow in hotel for it
