"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always considered myself a loyal fan of Oberoi hospitality, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. What always made Oberoi special for me was the warmth and personal touch. Earlier, every stay used to feel like coming home — the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and hospitable. That feeling sadly is no longer there anymore. The entire experience felt mechanical and indifferent compared to the exceptional hospitality Oberoi was once known for. The level of service this time was nowhere close to what one expects from a luxury property of this standard. Simple requests took an unreasonable amount of time. We had to call housekeeping multiple times repeatedly even for basic things, and every request felt like a struggle instead of hospitality. One of the most frustrating experiences was with the buggy service. On one occasion, we had to call three separate times and still ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes. This is simply unacceptable for a premium hotel where guest convenience should be a priority. The F&B experience was equally disappointing. The food options were very limited, and unfortunately the taste and quality did not justify the brand at all. Meals that should have been enjoyable during a vacation became another letdown. Overall, what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday ended up being stressful and frustrating because of poor service standards throughout the stay. Never expected this from Oberoi, and sadly this experience has completely changed my perception of the brand. Mohit nagpal Room no 909"

We gave some minor suggestions to them like maybe having a yoga mat in gym, making sure before the guest enter the room if everything is actually clean, having menu in the restaurant in place of having breakfast menu in the room. But otherwise we had a really nice stay."
