Room floor not clean, one underwear was left in the bathroom by previous guess, and not being removed by maid.

That's a very nice hotel with free parking. The space on the first floor is huge with different areas. The room was super cozy with good shower, bed. We liked it there! Also, the breakfasts were okay. It's nice that they have a variety of tea to choose from.

We loved the hotel, we had an excellent weekend, with a very pleasant stay, the hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent, and the rooms were very nice.

The beds were hard and the pillows were flat as a pancake. I tossed and turned all night because I was so uncomfortable. Our mini fridge was nasty. I will not stay here again. I also advised my family members to cancel their reservations with Tru. I was really disappointed.

Great hotel.
It was very clean. The staff was great especially Chris. You could tell he loved his job and the hospitality field. He made everyone feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The room was clean and up to date.

The room was quiet and very clean. The breakfast was very good too with many choices. The exterior if the motel was new and well kept.
