We had tried to visit for tea (while also having a booking for dinner). We were told at the door to not even try going in, to turn around and leave. Extremely rude, it even felt racist. After mentioning our dinner reservation, they asked for multiple proof / evidence of the booking (as we didn’t look the part?) and then reluctantly let us in for tea…. to an empty restaurant room. No apology, terrible service. Do not visit.

Not usually one to write reviews but wow this place blew me away. Amazing service. Such generosity from the food, to the activities and everything in between. All the staff was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. The property is amazing with excellent spa, pool, kids areas, comfortable lobby. Really top notch. Gives other hotels something to strive to.

I'm here to share one of the most unfortunate experiences I've ever had in my life as a traveler and as a tourist that happened at one of Cedric's places. My daughter, who has always been a fan of Cedric's work, has been trying to book the afternoon tea experience at his new place recently opened in Courchevel and she's been in contact with the hotel from Brazil ever since she learnt we would be in town for our skiing trip. Even though she saw on his instagram account the telephone number to make the reservation, the hotel's been refusing to take any reservation request attempts from her. Knowing reservation would be a hard call, we've decided to arrive an hour before tea time today for a better chance to get a table and the hostess who welcomed us forward us to the hotel next door to wait for our table since the hotel where the place is located won't let any of the guests to wait there. As soon as we got back to check if our table was ready, we've been told by the manager that there was no more room for us to seat. He also wouldn't allow us to talk to the hostess that gave us all the information at the time of our arrival, arguing she was a nobody and that he is actually the boss and "calls all the shots there", literally pushing us out of the place amongst other people in a similar situation. I don't know if Cedric cares for his reputation or his brand's and his name and many of his followers but that obnoxious manager certainly doesn't. Me and my family have never been so mistreated and humiliated in our lives and we at least wanted to let everyone know.

Was the worst experience ever, this Hotel is like a sect! If you know and you pay you can have attention! GM is like a bulldog, food was disastrous!!!!! Buffet was ridiculous, Italian restaurant like a canteen without any elegance, room very little, arrogant staff….. Never again!

The epitome of arrogance and pettiness! We’ve been as a family on 29th of December 2023 to have tea by Cedric Grollet. We called before hand to book and we were told no reservations needed and that our children can enjoy the kids club while we have our tea (at this age, our children would have not enjoyed a sophisticated tea time reason why we asked for the kids club/ children room). We arrived as instructed and we were told that the children cannot go to kids club as we don’t have a room with the hotel (which I have mentioned during our reservation call) and that we can only take the tea if we have it for all 4 of us. Horrible experience, arrogant staff, unaligned in terms of customer service and not there to attend their customers needs.

This hotel is amazing! The service is perfect from beginning till end! The whole team is so affable. Ski room service,the best! Also the buffet is one of the best and Mr Roger is so involved to make everything perfect! Thank you,Les Airelles team for an amazing stay!

Exceptional in every way. Special thank you to Heloise and her team for their endless patience and responsiveness, but all the staff were a delight. Love the uniforms and overall ambiance. Ski in ski out is amazing here too with the super friendly staff waiting for you outside to take your skis while you go inside and someone takes off your boots for you and prepared you a fresh crepe and hot chocolate (or mulled wine in our case). We already have another trip planned for later this season!

The best restaurant in Courchevel, without any doubt, food was light , flavoured and elegant!!!!!!! This restaurant value is 2 stars Michelin!!!!!! They can change every single dish if you have some intolerance…….wow

We stayed a week in les Airelles, and we had very good time, all the staff makes their utmost so that you have a memorable stay. They have four restaurants where you can eat: Italian one, Raclette specialities, Japanese one in Le Melezin and Buffet type restaurant with lobsters, all kind of meat and a table of desserts. It is worth to use their restaurants on the slopes like Chalet de Pierre to experience the atmosphere of Courchevel. We recommend also to take a ski instructor who comes to the hotel to enjoy more the ski area. Classic rooms are a bit too small so we would recommend to book from Deluxe room. We had another memorable stay and it is worth it
