On arriving I was met with a sign in the door saying we’re not open till 6 o’clock please call this numbe A gentleman arrived and gave us our room key showed us to our room told us nothing about breakfast or the swimming pool that was advertised on the web. We had ask for information about this. The hotel is very drab and run down and has very little atmosphere. The bedrooms are dull and very old fashioned although the bathroom has been modernised the showerhead wouldn’t work unless I held it as it kept twisting around we were given two cardboard cups for two days two little tubs of shower gel which were not replaced on day two. On the web it suggests it has a restaurant which wasn’t open first night we were there on the second night we were there we were told they were full but fortunately for us we ended up in a wonderful restaurant in. Givry called salon de Gregoire Which served wonderful food in a lovely atmosphere . The lady running the hotel seemed very surly and very unfriendly I will definitely not recommend anyone staying here . Couches is as drab as hotel,

It’s unclear how many stars this property actually has, but whatever the number this is basic lodging. Our room’s lone window fronted on an open passageway. We could hear other guests’ doors opening. The room had a faint odor of mildew. There was a small tv but no other entertainment. Wifi is unsecure. We were relieved that we had a one-night stay.

Accueil très professionnel du gérant, tant au téléphone qu'en présentiel. Notre groupe de 24 randonneurs n'a fait que des compliments sur la propreté des hébergements, le buffet du petit déjeuner très complet, les pique-niques élaborés avec gâteaux maison de Magalie et son cuisinier et dîners simples mais bien cuisinés. Un plus, la piscine appréciée après les marches sous la chaleur de juin... Hôtel bien situé pour découvrir la région, Beaune 30 mn, mais aussi canal de Bourgogne, petits villages, Couches en étant un déjà très intéressant

Nous avons été accueillis alors que nous sommes arrivés en avance. Nous avons pu disposer de la chambre et nous détendre à la piscine. Nous avons passé ensuite un bon moment au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Accueil très froid. Chambres vieillottes (tapis plain d'un autre âge). Literie très bonne, matelas confortable et linge de toilette propre. Insonorisation médiocre. TV en panne. Hygiène de la douche laisse à désirer (moisissures) Repas du soir très bon.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuitée dans cet hôtel du réseau LOGIS. Literie confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Sans doute un petit rafraîchissement à prévoir mais le rapport qualité prix est très acceptable. Petit dejeuner excellent.
