The hotel is new, confortable and 6-mins away from the city center. It was perfectly clean and the staff ia nice. We didn't have breakfast but the petit-dwjeuner room seemed clean, the buffet rich. The main issie was the check-in at 5pm, as the reception closes after lunch.

We had some problems at our stay , which was denied by the reception/owner who ridiculiseren us. Also parking is not private, night security of parking is leaves doubts. The advertised EV charging facility is overstated: it is not the hotel’s own and not accessible in case of late arrival. Nor for overnight charging. Strong chemical odor in room and hotel, sleeping quality mediocre. In spite of the rather good breakfast in this hotel segment, Not a place to return.

Avons découvert avec plaisir cet hôtel où la convivialité, l'écoute et le service sont présents. A noter la propreté des chambres, excellente qualité des couchages. Pour le petit déjeuner, on ne peut que féliciter le propriétaire: important choix de qualité dans un buffet digne des hôtels étoilés. Concernant les tarifs, les prix sont imbattables très loin de certains hôtels soit disant étoilés. Faites un détour vers cet hôte, vous ne serez déçus.

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit .J'ai apprécié la proximité de Bourges, le calme ,le parking, le distributeur de boissons, la possibilité de dîner en face de l'hôtel sans avoir à ressortir en voiture.
J'aurais seulement aimé avoir une lampe de "chevet" pour lire sans avoir toute la lumière du plafonnier.

Personnel très gentil, par contre le patron qui sermonne haut et fort tour à tour les membres de son personnel devant les clients (les empêchant de préparer le petit déjeuner, qui n'est pas disponible à 8h passé), et qui se gare sur la place handicapés, pas top...
