Le petit déjeuner était très bien . L'emplacement est pratique mais le quartier n'est pas le plus beau de la ville. Pensez à réserver le parking. Le personnel est accueillant et rend l'endroit plus agréable car l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant,par contre la literie est de bonne qualité.

Des apprehensions a l’arrivée mais l’accueil est dès le départ convivial et sincère. En tout cas, je me suis senti a l’aise et bien accueilli. L’Hôtel fait ce qu’il a à faire et bien. La literie est bonne, la chambre est un peu vieillissante mais cela ne gêne vraiment pas (pourtant je suis un peu maniaque). Le petit déjeuner est bon et il y a ce qu’il faut. Forcément, il y a meilleur hôtel en gamme, mais celui-ci me convient car le personnel est vraiment poli, le service est présent et réactif (il n’y avait plus de jus d’orange et malgré le monde en partance a l’accueil, la personne a pris le temps de m’emmener une carafe de jus d’orange avec le sourire et en prenant quelques secondes pour echanger avec moi tout en profitant pour déservir les plateaux des clients qui sont censés le faire eux mêmes !!!). Je reviendrais sur Saint-Etienne et sans hésiter je reviendrais dans cet Hôtel. Merci d’avoir été agréable et d’avoir constamment ce sourire qui fait du bien dès le matin. Hôtel à découvrir sans hésiter !

Ménage laisse à désirer . Fenêtres donnant sur rue qui ne ferme pas. Pas de parking et aucune notification indiquant la nécessité d’une RÉSERVATION DE PARKING . Mitigeur de douche qui se décolle du mur .
