Bonne hôtel, cependant chambre très bruyant à proximité de l’ascenseur et petit déjeuner qui manque réapprovisionnement. Un peu déçu au vu de la qualité de service.

Great recent hotel with very beautiful room, and nice furniture. Hotel close to wonderful city of Nantes. Staff very polite and helpful. Restaurant is another touch of class with fancy atmosphere and delicious food. Price is not the best quality but for sure it's worthy choice.

Absolutely fabulous Hotel, especially for business, great fast and free WIFI, proximity to Business areas, only 15 mins to downtown Nantes $20 euro in a taxi., 15 mins from Airport $22 euro in a taxi. The staff here made my stay great as they are very happy, helpful and speak English very well, some have lived in UK too previously and a very chatty and friendly. Rooms are very spacious, new and modern , large bathrooms and tea and coffee with kettle in room spotlessly clean to usual high Best Western Standards. I didn't try the spa or pool as I was busy on business. People tend to be on a company event or visiting on business from around France and other countries, a very cosmopolitan mix that I like. The free breakfast was outstanding too in a spacious breakfast room. The Restaurant is A la Carte and is absolutely fabulous, well staffed, timely, well priced and the food was amazing I don't normally have a full 4 or 5 course meal but I did here as it was so delicious, it is a top restaurant and is very busy lunchtimes as well as evenings. I highly recommend this Hotel and Restaurant, you will too so come on down.

Really nice hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice little bar area. Hotel staff are friendly and really helpful. Pool is very small and isn’t like the pictures and gym room is tiny. But still a great hotel, would recommend.

Très bel établissement, raffiné et propre. Chambre luxueuse et spacieuse. Literie de 180cm. Service attentionné et disponible. Le petit plus un spa sur réservation où nous avons passé seuls nos 45min gratuites. Seul bémol manque d'une ambiance musicale au spa. Calme et sérénité s'en dégage. Établissement que nous recommandons chaudement sur Nantes st Herblain !
