The hotel refused to refund or give me a voucher when I could not travel due to a force majeure issue. Very poor experience with this hotel. Would not recommend

Amazing hotel for family. Very clean rooms and super accommodating staff. Really close to Cap3000 mall. Although a bit far out from Nice Old Town, it is still easily accessible and also close to the beach.

A bit far from the city centre(you need to change bus). I'd recommend to take taxi to come back at night. But staffs are friendly and willing to help. Easy to get to shopping mall.
