Cars were broken into and someone tried breaking into our friends room. A lot of police activity in parking lot during our stay.

Never got to stay at the property and could not cancel due to Covid 19 sickness. No cancel policy sucks. Buyer beware of this policy. No one to talk to and hotel says it’s on *******.
Never going to use them again. Too many other site that have the ability to connect with a real person.

We only stayed one night. The room was quiet, good temperature however the bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with a sore neck and back. Bring your own pillow for sure.

King rooms have extra large double beds, NOT king beds. You are charged for king room, I have stayed at hundreds of other hotel chains, a king bed vs this king bed much smaller width and length

We stayed in a queen suite for 3 nights and we enjoyed it. The staff was all nice and greeted us each time we interacted. This includes the housekeeping staff. We chose to get our own towels and not have anyone enter the room until our stay was over. Each towel request was handled quickly with a smile. Breakfast was good as well. I'd definitely stay there again and again.
