The Westin St. Louis

The room was amazingly decorated, clean, and stocked, and the front desk lady was very kind and helpful. I was a bit spooked walking around after driving all day from my car to the hotel with my belongings as a single female traveler since there was a huge party going on at the bar caddy-corner of the hotel, but I did realize that it was Friday night at 10 p.m. on Fourth of July, so that made sense. To help manage this, I appreciated the fact that there was security around the parking lot and that bar, and that there is a straight-forward pathway from the lot to the hotel front entrance. Again, the front desk lady helped me locate the lot, the gym, and even walked me to the gym, and I wish I knew her name to recognize her properly. Overall, it was a nice stay which held up to my expecations, and I only wish I could have stayed a bit longer than one night to explore the area more.

It was amazing and a great place to stay

This was my 2nd stay here. Love the location and staff. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Several lights in the room did not work, only 1 bottle of water for 3 guests, valet didn’t lock my car that was sitting out front, had to go to desk to remind, breakfast was just ok, but overpriced.

the room was a little dim. there was a dirty sock on arrival and the bathroom had two broken cabinets. The hotel bar is excellent and so was the breakfast buffet. Our server/bartender Deon was amazing. It's a great location for a baseball game.

We did ask the house cleaning staff to fill the body wash because when we checked in it was empty. But they never filled it. So that was very disappointing. But everything else was excellent.
