This is the 3rd time I've booked our family to stay here. Obviously they're doing something right... Well lots of things. I didn't get any pics this time, but believe me that the room was clean and ready when we arrived. We needed the bedding to be feather/down free due to allergies.
Breakfast was standard and easy to eat; prepackaged waffle, biscuit and gravy, turkey and pork sausages, eggs, cereals, breads, etc.

This is a very nice property. It’s very clean and quiet. Within walking distance to Union Station and restaurants. The parking garage was a bit tight for large vehicles (trucks, large suv, or large vans). We drove a truck and I was able to get in park and leave without hitting any thing but had to backup to make a turn. Breakfast was good. I wish they had waffle or pancake option but they did have quiche and Cheesey scrambled eggs and very hot sauce you could think of and salsa. I would stay again.

We had a great stay! Clean, quiet. Loved the breakfast and the fresh fruit water in the lobby. Will be keeping this place in mind.

Convenient location in downtown St. Louis. Small parking garage attached to hotel is convenient also. Only downside is the plug in locations were not as accessible on one side in the King Size room.

I liked the property and it conveniences also the closeness to dining options. However I did not liked the way I was treated by the staff that checked me in. She was borderline between rude and not nice. When I went up to the counter to check in and gave her my confirmation number, she kept asking me for some App number and I told her that all I have is a confirmation number and her response was they don't use confirmation number. She kept on asking me for the App. Then she asked me my name and I told her and she looked it up. During this whole time she was rude. I just ignored her bad behavior and finished checking in. If they don't accept confirmation number they should state so. So that you know before you get there. Apart from the bad checking everything was ok.
