Having read the reviews we were a little anxious as to what we would find with regards to the accommodation. However we were very pleasantly surprised and relieved to find the apartment was warm, clean and well equipped to meet our needs. Ideally placed for a 'ski in-ski out- but note this is via the 6th floor which is reached by a lift and is not clearly marked. Excellent access to a blue 'feeder' run to the main chairs and cable cars. Great pizzaria across the road and good local supermarket. Didn't use the in-house cafe so can't comment. Several minutes walk to the livelier bars and some noise as revellers returned to their accommodation. Excellent skiing - make sure you buy the 'Three Valleys' pass to get the best from VT, Le Minuires, Meribel and Courcheval. Would certainly stay again.

We’ve been here a couple of hours. We’ve already had to visit reception several times to report missing items (I guess mugs, bowls, glasses and knives aren’t that important). The bath didn’t have a plug, the tap and shower head are both faulty. And now we’re waiting for a technician to appear as the sofa bed is broken so our sons can’t go to bed. Not that we’re too excited for bedtime, what with the dirty bedding provided. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Booked for skiing trip on a budget. One bedroomed apartment with a twin room and sofa bed in the living room was great for 3 people. The small kitchen area is well equipped having a hob and microwave, which I think had a grill. No oven; this is good because you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and it is easier to clean a hob than an oven. Linen was provided. Towels were a bit small. I suggest you take your own. There is a ski locker room on each floor with boot warmers so not far to stagger back to your rooms after a hard day on the slopes. The flat has a bath and hot water was not a problem. Good if you want a soak to ease the muscles. Access to slopes is either at level 6 at the back of the building straight onto a green/blue slope, alternatively walk through Temples du Soleil to the lifts which will take you straight down to the nursery slopes. There is a supermarket in Temple du Soleil which can be reached via a tunnel next to the lift. It is expensive so we used the Spa which is 5 mins walk away; still expensive (understandable since everything has to be transported up the mountain), but slightly less so. There is a baker just up the road for baguettes and pastries and if you fancy a night off cooking La Grange Pizzeria in Temple du Soleil make excellent take out pizzas. Make sure you leave the flat spotlessly clean to avoid surcharges. Only complaints are that the sofa bed was not very comfortable and it can be a little noisy but overall very good value; genuine ski in ski out onto one of the best ski areas in Europe.

Great location for proper ski in-ski out. Small kitchenette had everything required to provide needs for a self catering holiday. Only downside to the stay was the limited opening hours of reception, but across road the reception was 24 hours and was manned with friendly staff including all amenities you might require including supermarket, laundrette and places for eating. Also very nice spacious boot rooms which was a very nice change to the usual one boot room that is crammed with people trying to get out in the morning. Would definitely consider another visit.

The service at this place was absolutely terrible. From the moment we arrived, we were met with disorganization and a complete lack of professionalism. We had to wait for hours just to check in, with no clear communication about when the process would be completed. When we politely asked for an estimate on when we could check in, we were met with rudeness and outright hostility. One of the staff members even shouted at us, which was not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful. It’s unacceptable to treat guests this way, especially when they’re already inconvenienced by such long delays. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll definitely be warning others to stay away. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Great ski in / ski out! 24hr check-in available at the property opposite which made things easier. Good boot room as well. Perfect for an easy week of skiing

When we arrived we had to make the beds ourselves but everything was clean. They gave us plates, towels, cutlery and all the other stuff we needed and when we asked for more pillows they gave them to us with no extra price. You have access to a cafe and some shops through the underground tunnel at level -1 so you don’t even need to go outside. There is a ski in ski out but you have to cross roads to get across meaning you do have to take your skis off.

Awful stay! When we arrived to the apartment it was dirty, the bed was covered in hair, pasta on the floor, stained doors and walls. You have to put the sheets on the bed yourself too when you arrive and after a long day of travelling this isn’t what you want. Reception gave a sheet which we needed to fill out to state if there was anything wrong with the room when we arrived to ensure we received our deposit of €200 which we had to pay when we got there back. To take a deposit for a room which was already filthy is beyond me. We stayed in a 5 person apartment, you are given 1 roll of toilet roll to last you for your trip we stayed a week and this didn’t last long, same with the towels we were given. When asking for more toilet roll and towels we were told we would have to pay for these! Reception were rude and unprofessional, when I approached them about the state of our room a lady called Celine said you can email the pictures you took of the room to me. She had no remorse whatsoever that we had turned up to a dirty, unclean room. She was so unhelpful and didn’t even offer for someone to come back and clean the room properly. She handed me a note with an email written down, when trying to forward over these pictures to the email i was given it came back saying this email wasn’t found. I then went back down to reception and asked her to type into my phone a REAL email address to which she did and the difference in the two emails she gave me was a joke, she was clearly trying to ensure the pictures didn’t get emailed and we’d loose our deposit. When asking for directions to a ski lift near by they looked at eachother and laughed and continued to speak in french. You can’t control the temperature of your own room as there’s no thermostat so some nights your warm and some nights your freezing. Overall AWFUL stay, awful staff and awful rooms. Do better.
