From the moment you arrive you are home. We had the pleasure to sleep in the Lea room and to experience 2 nights of very fine dining. We were so lucky as to be there on a night of seafood which is of course a little strange being in the high Alps but had a fantastic night! The other night we enjoyed the "local" cuisine and it is really beyond us why this restaurant does not have 3 stars.........The spa of the hotel is not so big but as with everything it is very well done. The staff deserve a lot of praise as they took our stay to the next level. We felt very comfortable and our room was a dream. No, it is no extremely spacious but you feel like getting a hug every morning you wake up. The house slippers are worth a special mention too.......Cannot recommend this amazing hotel and restaurant enough!!!!

Incredible. The staff at La Bouitte is over the top helpful. Maybe the best staff of any hotel I've stayed at. Every part of the property is beautiful. The rooms are pretty, well appointed, and cozy. La Bouitte is truly a very special place. You can tell that the Meilleur family is trying hard to make the hotel and restaurant the best they can possibly be. The food (both dinner and breakfast) are amazing. I've been lucky enough to eat at a number of 3 Michelin starred restaurants and at many other top restaurants, so I had high expectations for the dinner at La Bouitte. Those expectations were exceeded. My dinner at La Bouitte is possibly my favorite meal of all time. Neither the dinner nor the hotel are cheap, but they are both somehow still an great value. My only criticism is that the guest rooms could use a bit more light in the evenings!

Be careful to notice this hotel has no air conditioning and that its restaurant is closed much of the time, its very quirky in its nature and very small, feels more like someones house but the staff are very helpful and friendly

beautiful rooms in mountain style. pleasant and correct staff who arrange everything for you. incredible breakfast of star *** quality. dining in the three star restaurant is an incredible experience of fanatastic dishes in combination with the wines. all this in a perfectly friendly atmosphere

The hotel is centered around their restaurant which superb.
Also the breakfast is unconventional and made of the finest ingredients.
The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details.

Everything is perfect!! The staff is charming, the room very comfortable in a very warm style, the "8 surprises" meal is extraordinary and the Chef even came to greet us in person. A memorable evening for sure! We will be back next winter for longer stay.

Bruit de ventilation dans la chambre trop tôt le matin, Pauline très bonne masseuse, Spa très agréable et propre , les cookies, les boissons à disposition sont excellents, Enzo et les chauffeurs/euses sont très compétents et attentionnés, Alise à la réception est pleine d’énergie et de bonnes suggestions, il manque une salle de sport , le petit déjeuner à 43.- par personnes est cher. Pourquoi ne pas l’inclure pour 50.- euro pour 2 dans la réservation par exemple? Lundi matin, il n’y avait qu’une personne à la réception, c’est trop peu. Les chambres sont encombrées de meubles anciens et peu pratique pour ranger le matériel et les habits de ski. L’intendante était très à l’écoute et nous a arrangé la petite chambre de manière à avoir plus d’espace et un bureau pour travailler à l’ordinateur. Les conseils pour les restaurants des pistes et du soir étaient toujours bons . Le Maya altitude est le seul a offrir un café-croissant pour 10.-
