Incredible. The staff at La Bouitte is over the top helpful. Maybe the best staff of any hotel I've stayed at. Every part of the property is beautiful. The rooms are pretty, well appointed, and cozy. La Bouitte is truly a very special place. You can tell that the Meilleur family is trying hard to make the hotel and restaurant the best they can possibly be. The food (both dinner and breakfast) are amazing. I've been lucky enough to eat at a number of 3 Michelin starred restaurants and at many other top restaurants, so I had high expectations for the dinner at La Bouitte. Those expectations were exceeded. My dinner at La Bouitte is possibly my favorite meal of all time. Neither the dinner nor the hotel are cheap, but they are both somehow still an great value. My only criticism is that the guest rooms could use a bit more light in the evenings!

Be careful to notice this hotel has no air conditioning and that its restaurant is closed much of the time, its very quirky in its nature and very small, feels more like someones house but the staff are very helpful and friendly

beautiful rooms in mountain style. pleasant and correct staff who arrange everything for you. incredible breakfast of star *** quality. dining in the three star restaurant is an incredible experience of fanatastic dishes in combination with the wines. all this in a perfectly friendly atmosphere

Everything is perfect!! The staff is charming, the room very comfortable in a very warm style, the "8 surprises" meal is extraordinary and the Chef even came to greet us in person. A memorable evening for sure! We will be back next winter for longer stay.

Ventilation noise in the room too early in the morning, Pauline very good masseuse, Spa very pleasant and clean, cookies, drinks available are excellent, Enzo and the drivers are very competent and attentive, Alise at the reception is full of energy and good suggestions, there is a lack of a gym, breakfast at 43.- per person is expensive. Why not include it for 50.- euro for 2 in the reservation for example? Monday morning, there was only one person at the reception, it is too little. The rooms are cluttered with old furniture and impractical for storing equipment and ski clothes. The housekeeper was very attentive and arranged the small room for us so as to have more space and a desk to work on the computer. The recommendations for restaurants on the slopes and in the evening were always good. The Maya Altitude is the only one to offer a coffee and croissant for 10.-

It's funny though, I left a negative review after a stay with my wife for my wedding anniversary and it disappeared... In fact, I don't understand why in a stay with a night meal and breakfast for more than 1100 euros, fried eggs for breakfast are extra... an egg costs 20 cents... Be serious though...

Cette Bouitte est un endroit d exception à préserver ! Dans un village de la vallée des Belleville , cette belle maison sous la neige vous accueille très chaleureusement . Tout est douillet et confortable , des chaussons au lit et aux petits salons . Tout est délicieux , on se régale au petit déjeuner , la table étoilée est de grande qualité , on est surpris et on adore . Le Spa est beau , le sauna aux branches de pins … les soins sont très agréables après le ski . Les chauffeurs vous amènent sur la piste de ski et en moins de 15 min vous skiez à Meribel ou aux Ménuires . Monsieur Meilleur est très présent et attentionné à ses hôtes . Il nous a salué chaleureusement tous les jours . Et pour finir la réception se met en 4 pour accéder à vos demandes . Nous avons adoré ce séjour à la montagne dans des conditions réellement exceptionnelles Merci et bravo a tous les professionnelles de cette belle maison .

Ambiente und Lage des Hotels sind ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war klein aber mit toller Atmosphäre. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Im Sterne Restaurant war die Situation ganz anders. Auf der Terrasse wurden uns immer wieder die Amuse Geule angeboten, obwohl wir das erst am Platz im Restaurant wollten. Als wir danach dort Platz nahmen dauerte es dann tatsächlich eine halbe Stunde bis der nächste Gang kam. Drei der fünf Gänge waren Sterne würdig. Der Preis dafür sehr hoch, selbst in der Liga. Der Wareneinsatz dafür sehr niedrig
