The Reception staff were vey helpful and the parking is a bit of a maze to get to but spacious and secure. Not sure in busy time whether spaces would be available as it was full when we were there in low season. The appartment was very clean and met out needs well. Just a tip.. take your own rubbish bag and toilet rolls as these are not refilled after initial supply. The location was great for walking to the harbour and close to post office/cashpoint etc. There were also many tourist shops on the route to meet everyones needs plus chemists etc. Bicycle hire was available at an extra cost and was reasonable with high deposit against loss theft. They do not have electric cycles for hire. Harbour restaurants were all reasonable but none stood out above the others.

Probably the worst hotel We’ve ever stayed in. We paid £700 for a 3 night stay and for this money expect a lot more. The communal areas were dark, dirty, dingy and desperately in need of a coat of paint. The whole building stank of cigarettes which as non smokers we found unacceptable. Our room was on the 2nd floor so had no outside space, it was dark, stuffy, and smelt unpleasant, the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and we got virtually no sleep. The mattresses were thin and on hard boards, we were supplied with bedding and had to make the beds up ourselves. The photographs on the website are a very poor representation of the real thing. We feel we have been well and truly ripped off! The resort however is lovely and the hotel is perfectly located. Such a shame!!

Our experience here was terribly awful. First, the room is shabby and there is nothing like 4-star. It smells bad and the bed is uncomfortable. The dish washing machine is broken. Don’t be fooled by their photos on *********** or their website. And on our last day, they said we didn’t start the dish washing machine before leaving and charged us 65 euros… When we checked in, no one informed us about their “cleaning policy,” and they said it was on the brochure (no one told us it’s necessary to read the brochure as well…). I mean no one should be assumed to read your brochure and check your strict cleaning policy… The location is good and the receptionist is helpful. Except for these, everything is terrible.

J ai hésité à donner 3 ou 4 étoiles mais après revue des points d amélioration je pense que les 4 étoiles ne se justifient pas. Dans l ensemble le bien et l endroit sont bien situés et corrects niveau comfort, literie, cuisine. On a apprécié le petit jardin privatif, la piscine, la cour intérieure. Néanmoins il y a des points d attention: - le parking : 20-30 places pour 80 appartements et certains bloqués par des propriétaires privés quand ils ne sont pas la. Les alternatives sont le parking le long de la route à 20-30€ la journée ou en dehors de la ville et 10-15 min à pied en dehors de la ville. Néanmoins ça impacte la mobilité et les vacances. Il n y a quasi plus de commerce de bouche à part la supérette limitée et le marché couvert où on a eu une expérience moyenne. Si on va faire des courses on peut revenir sans place. Les horaires de navette sont aussi limitées . - des détails dans le bien qui montrent que ça doit être mieux rénové : la chasse d eau marche moyennement par moment, les rideaux décrochés en partie, le signal de la télé qui saute souvent et l internet premium qui répond pas tout le temps , les joints noir dans la Salle de bain. - niveau activités, les locations vélos sont plus cher qu en ville et il n y en a pas pour les enfants ! Il faut aller les chercher en ville. Il y avait des toiles d araignée sur certains car ils restent toujours en extérieur. - Dans la salle de sport l appareil de musculation était non fonctionnel et le vieux tapis de course ne marchait plus. Ça fait donc beaucoup de choses à revoir.

Belle résidence situé dans St Martin, on peut facilement rejoindre le port à pied. Petit parking par rapport aux nombre de résidences. Studio fonctionnel, bien équipé. Piscine semi-couverte et chauffée, agréable pour le mois d'avril. Location de vélos sur place ce qui est pratique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Beau studio, bien aménagé, tout équipé. Jolie résidence bien située à proximité du centre de saint Martin. Accueil très agréable. Le plus du séjour, accès libre piscine, hammam et sauna. Je recommande.

Très bien situé, à quelques mètres du port de St Martin, bon accueil, appartement spacieux bon équipement. Différents services appréciables: piscine intérieure et extérieure, salle de sport bien équipé, salle de jeux pour enfants, location de vélos possible.. parking pas facile d’accès si bcp de voitures. À refaire

Ravis et solution idéale en famille : 2 studios indépendants mais proches. Idéal pour les animaux qui ont un grand jardin pour se défouler. Le personnel d'entretien et d'accueil est très aimable. Un deuxième séjour réussi et à la hauteur de nos attentes
