"The bedding is really in need of improvement; my back is still suffering, thanks to the springs! The same goes for the sofa bed—you can feel an iron bar as soon as you sit down. The patio table is in poor condition, and the furniture is aging. I didn't appreciate the excessive information provided about cleaning. I had to postpone my week's holiday, and despite cancellation insurance, I lost practically everything—no compensation was offered. The stairs are dangerous for elderly people, and carrying our belongings was extremely difficult both on arrival and departure; the access is far too challenging."
