Located 5 minutes from Mississippi and in front of the Hockey stadium, where there are a large number of events and concerts. There is a bus that stops at the door and takes you directly to the airport, although getting around by Uber works great. Complimentary coffee at reception in the mornings. The pool and jacuzzi are good to relax a little. Well located to see the cathedral and the capitol. A 15 minute Uber ride from the Mall of America and the Twin Cities Fashion Outlet. The only negative thing is that one day we left the room a little late (111:30) and when we returned at 8:00 p.m. they had not even made our beds, and at reception they told us that they could no longer fix the room and that if we wanted They gave us clean towels. In general the hotel is very good.

The staff was great. We picked this to be able to walk across to the PWHL game.
The parking was perfect. When an issue arose with the entrance tickets to the parking, the staff found a solution as they worked with the parking staff to fix it.

The bed was hard like a rock. The TV was lacking in size, not easy to use. There was very cold luke warm water. You would think for the about price I was paying, the tv would be bigger and easier to use, the water would actually be hot, and the mattress would be soft.

The staff was great. The room wasn’t very clean. The vent behind the mirror was noticeably dusty. The fridge was crooked, and the console it was sitting in was also extremely dusty.

Was a great stay... being right above the bar was slightly noisy but not enough to not want to go back just fyi for those who want total quiet.. we were in 206. We will come back here though for sure!!

I was in the bathroom on our first morning and a mouse crawled under the door (5th floor) it ran back out and under the radiator, all I got was an apology, not even a discount or comped night.

2 outlets and lamps didn’t work. Tub/shower didn’t drain. Took a shower in higher than ankle water. Lotion/hand wash dispenser was blocking the bathroom outlet. Cable options very minimal. Pool was not stocked with towels. Staff was very friendly, but clearly short staffed.
