很喜歡這裏，簡直是I人友好，有早餐，前台都是奶奶和年長一點的長輩，很友善。房間不大但是很方便，離火車站很近。推薦單獨旅行住，很安全

就是一民宿，外面沒招牌不好找。 樓梯窄，行李不易提上去，房間隔音一般般，聽的到隔壁房間的打鼾聲。但周圍很安靜

與熱鬧的涅瓦大街隔着一條街，所以是真安靜呀，走到涅瓦大街的公交站點也就百十來米，非常便利，去遊玩的中心區域坐幾站公交車就到了。涅瓦大街上有許多咖啡館酒館和飯店，出行吃飯都方便，走着去莫斯科站也就1公里左右，我經常走個來回，去那坐地鐵。
嚴格意義上説，這是家小旅館，不能説是酒店。但是住着挺舒服，可以提前跟老闆預訂早餐，30-40元人民幣左右。

Хороший отель,отличное расположение.Я жила на первом этаже,мне показалось комната темноватая.На против дом.Шкафа в номере нет,сейфа в номере нет тоже и шведского стола нет на завтрак.Приветливый персонал.

評論好像有字數限制。接上條，衞生間有潮濕的氣味。床很軟，阿姨每天都會換新毛巾。這個地段離冬宮四公里多，公交車5個站就到了，打車就250盧布左右，非常方便。性價比很高。房主説他們還有其他套房的民宿，如果同行人數多可以考慮。
