酒店前台能英語溝通，非常方便。
早餐雖然品種不是特別多但是味道非常不錯，服務也很好，沒有電梯，前台小哥哥會幫忙提行李。早餐還可以來一杯香檳，就是覺得暖氣太熱了

I should first mention that Boutique helped a lot with my entry visa to the Russian Federation because the local consulate made it a little difficult to approve my visit visa. The staff are very helpful, patient and wonderful! 1852 Boutique is perfectly located in the central cultural area of St. Petersburg and within walking distance of all major attractions, and 3 minutes’ walk from Nevsky Prospekt, which is the heart of the city. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples. The restaurant is also good with all sorts of complimentary cookies and stuff, 24/7. In short, Boutique will make your stay in St. Petersburg perfect..

Wonderful room, nice view and location. Receptionist very kind and patient. Everything is clean. Nice breakfast and so on… No elevator but this was not an issue. If you do need help with bags, they offer a bellman to help.

За 10800 ночь в будний день Вы получите: - отсутствует лифта - рваные полотенца - комнату размером 12 кв.м с щаояпаеным окном и видом во внутренний двор, по утрам бонус в виде крика рабочих в это же окно. Без шуток, проснулась в 8-30 в окне были танцующие шорты и соответствующий акцент. Кто-то наблюдает как вы спите. - грязные чашки в комнате и вонючий ковролин в коридоре - отсутствие столов за завтраком - отсутствие звукоизоляции номера и ключ в виде килогроммового бруска вместо чип карты Что за экзотическое ценообразование?? За эту цену можно остановится в 5* Radisson со спа! Крайне не рекомендую
