For the price they charge - I can't really complain about anything. For less than 2000 RUB a night you get a large room with private bathroom and air conditioning in the city centre. A guy at the reception was super friendly as well - you really feel welcome here. However there's always room for improvement. Mattresses are not the ones with individual pocket springs, but rather old style cheap spring ones that do not offer much support, unfortunately. Bathroom could be better maintained (and curtain replaced). And finally there is a kettle and mugs, but no tea bags, so bring your own tea :)

Отличный отель. Уютные номера. Хорошие завтраки. Недалеко от центра. Администрация отеля доброжелательная. На рецепции Кирилл решает все вопросы. Вернемся снова.

Вид из окна на помойку очень удручающий. Атмосфера вокруг отеля подошла бы для хоррор квеста: занавешанные здания, стройка, помойка и полицейский участок

Отдыхал в отеле один в ноябре. Соотношение цены качество это лучшее , что может быть. Расположен в тихом месте , но в почти в центре Питера. В пешей доступности даже Исаакиевский собор 7 мин пешком . Завтраки очень вкусные, шведский стол лучше чем в Дубае. Чистота безупречная . Персонал доброжелательный. Рекомендую .

Отель в стиле Питера: дом прошлого или позапрошлого вв., но с хорошим ремонтом.Интерьер в сдержанных тонах, уютно все выглядит, номера стандарт - совсем не тесные. У нас было два ! Окна. И то что вид на backyard нисколько не огорчило, а наооборт -было тихо. Номер , сантехника -все чистое.Матрасы и подушки удивительно удобные. Мы не заметили к то изношенности (или как,пишут "усталости"номера) Все выглядит новым и все работает. Завтрак вкусный ,кафе очень уютное, не надо никуда бежать. Мы продлили номер на полсуток из позднего отъезда, за что большое спасибо администрации.

Небольшой, но вполне современный хорошо оснащенный отель. Хорошая сантехника, wi-fi, лифт, сейф в номере, электронные бесконтактные замки на дверях, регулярно меняют полотенца. Рядом с отелем небольшая бесплатная автостоянка для постояльцев, что очень удобно, так как в этой части Санкт-Петербурга парковка платная. Отзывчивый персонал, чисто, вкусные и достаточно разнообразные завтраки, в общем все очень хорошо. Метро однако не очень близко, но хватает и другого общественного транспорта и есть повод пройтись по городу.
