The location is near the train station, very convenient.
When I booked the room, I didn't know that the exterior was being renovated. There was an iron frame on the exterior wall, and there was thick dust. I didn't dare to open the window. The air conditioner in the room couldn't be used. There was no remote control. They said that the pipes on the exterior wall had not been renovated. The room was very stuffy.
At least during this renovation period, it is not recommended to stay

The air conditioner is just for show. They don't give us a remote control. It's clearly on-hook, but they say we need to turn it on. In the end, they could only provide electric fans. There was only one broken fan in two rooms, which would fall down if touched.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Nevsky Avenue, and there are many shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. I will choose to stay here next time I come to St. Petersburg.
