Удобное место, от метро недалеко, внутри все качественно, чисто, симпатично. Ресторан хороший, завтрак на очень достойном уровне. Всё понравилось.

Отличный отель - пишу не ради похвалы: примерно за 6 лет останавливалась здесь уже 3-й раз. Разочароваться не пришлось ни разу: стабильное качество номеров и их оформления; прекрасная кухня в ресторане отеля (как на "шведском столе" во время завтраков, так и при заказе по меню на обед или ужин); очень вежливый уважительный персонал. Прекрасное расположение: примерно в 7 минутах от отеля станция метро Василеостровская, на таком же расстоянии 2 чудесные булочные (у Малого проспекта) со свежей выпечкой и возможностью выпить кофе и перекусить прямо там, за столиками; а минутах в 3-х - магазин Пятерочка (если забыли что-то необходимое привезти из дома). По дороге от метро к отелю на Среднем проспекте проходите Подружку и Улыбку радуги (важно для женщин, если вдруг что-то забыли или было лень везти - все можно купить на месте). Замечательный атмосферный отель, в котором можно без сомнений останавливаться.

В целом, отель мне понравился, но! Заявлен как 4 звезды, но по факту это не совсем так. Начну по-порядку! Номер я бронировала прямо на сайте за 5 дней до поездки в Питер. Не самый быстрый процесс, ладно хоть есть возможность через T-id все данные заполнить. С бронью потом проблем не было, все подтвердилось и быстро заехала. Впечатления от номера остались не однозначные. С одной стороны - чисто, не пахнет сигаретами или затхлостью, свежее белье, полный набор полотенец, с другой - розеток у кровати нет, зубной щетки с пастой нет. И это 4 звезды типа? К персоналу притензий нет, все девочки спокойные и вежливые, без закатыванья глаз на просьбы и тд. Просила принести утюг и доску в номер, все оперативно организовали. Официанты кстати тоже у них оч.приятные, но на ужине прям посидеть-подождать приходилось, тк народа было много. Вобщем вроде и особо придираться не к чему, а вроде и есть мелочи, которые смазывают впечатление.
