位置在景區中心地帶，門臉兒大堂不大，服務員每一個都很熱情，基本都會英語，偶爾還有會幾句中文的。定的是標準房，2個人夠用，衞生間有半個房間大，乾濕分離，每天4瓶免費礦泉水和小吃，早餐是套餐，不是自助，估計是冬季人少原因，夏天應該是自助。現在去不建議定早餐，天天一樣菜單都不帶換的，酒店地下一層就有一個俄羅斯唯一能用銀聯卡取盧布的提款機。

Уровень сервиса не дотягивает до заявленных 5 звёзд.
Каждый завтрак был приключением с ожиданием в 1 час минимум. Отелю явно нужно сменить партнёра по завтракам.
Стоит отметить что последние 2 завтрака нам сделали комплиментарными с доставкой в номер , но тот уровень услуг и шок , увиденные на первых 2 завтраках не вызывает никакого доверия в будущем .
По номеру стоит отметить странный запах постельного белья . Оно пахло небольшой сыростью, а никак не свежей стиркой .
Плюс постоянный шум из трапа в душе, который порой посреди ночи вызывал пробуждение .
Общее впечатление осталось смазанным, хотя отель пытался исправить косяки , но только после нескольких долгих разговоров с ресепшеном.

Замечательное расположение. Современный отель, хорошая мебель, белье, замечательный матрас и подушки. Сервис отсутствует от слова совсем. Завтраки рекомендую не покупать. Очень долгое ожидание, более 45 минут, после неоднократных напоминаний принесли кофе. Каша, которую дождались в конце концов оказалась холодная, что говорит о том, что она просто очень долго ждала, когда официанты донесут ее до стола. Уборка номера на троечку. В туалете на полу пятна, слив в раковине не работает. Вывод следующий: менеджерам гостиницы есть над чем работать. Ресторан при отеле не соответствует статусу отеля. Возможно, кухня и неплохая, но обслуживание ниже плинтуса. Всех поздравляю с Новым годом, и очень надеюсь, что мой отзыв прочитают не только потенциальные гости, но и управляющие этого замечательного отеля, не просто прочитают, но и постараются исправить ситуацию с сервисом.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.
