Конечно, отель великолепный. Номер люкс превзошел все ожидания. Однако имеются некоторые но! Одни можно исправить, другие нет. Например, месторасположение: отель довольно далеко расположен, рядом только Мариинка, это минус, который не исправить. В номере очень сухой воздух, это можно изменить, сделав регулируемые батареи, поскольку шпарят они будь здоров, а с открытым окном сдувает. Ну и главный минус - еда! Вы видели когда-нибудь, где-нибудь одну позицию варенья на завтраке? Я никогда, даже в двух звездах предлагают несколько вариантов. А чтобы в российском отеле не было творога? Такого я тоже нигде не встречала. Имеется только йогурт в фабричной упаковке. Ну и главная претензия - масло, на котором готовят. Оно ужасное! Невозможно есть омлеты и яичницы, и даже сырники отдают этим прогоклым маслом. И еще поразили сухие до хруста на зубах блинчики. К сожалению, в этом отеле худшие завтраки из всех "пятерок", в которых мне довелось пожить. А в одном только Питере я останавливалась практически во всех. Это так печально, поскольку номера, наоборот, здесь одни из лучших, просто роскошные и мега удобные. Так ведь легко сделать отель великолепным, даже обидно за вас. И еще, не скупитесь, предоставьте гостям хоть какие-то комплиментики, хоть конфетку, хоть яблочко, это ведь такая мелочь, а гостю приятно! Ну и готовить комнату ко сну тоже не помешает, как заведено в пяти звездах. Я пишу все это не критики ради, а исключительно для вашего процветания и благоденствия, поскольку очень хочу еще не раз у вас остановиться!

這裏離東宮很近，第一天體驗很好，第二天晚飯後一個女的前台對我們百般刁難，一開始要房卡，看完要看護照，看完護照又看入境白單，看完又要電子簽注單，説在房間又跟到房間看完又要什麼呢就不給她理論了，結果來説騷瑞了，無語了都第一天入住啥都給前台看了，什麼都登記完了，第二天晚上都要無語了

Долго не могла понять, в чем именно ощущение диссонанса от посещения отеля. Вроде бы и интерьеры прекрасны, изысканны, везде чисто, но чего то как будто не хватает. Потом поняла чего- сервиса. Он весьма ненавязчив, персонал выполняет свой функционал, ни больше не меньше:) если вы были в хороших отелях Петербурга, то поймете о чем я.
Пот бронировании стандартных номеров учитывайте , то часть из них - мансардного типа, потолок может быть низковат.

本來是因為四季漲價定的這家酒店，評價不是很多還很忐忑，酒店真的小（也不算很小）而雅緻
位置就在馬林斯基附近，看劇結束回來特別特別方便！！！結束的時候很多人擠在門口打車根本打不到，我們十分鐘不到就走回去了，美美休息
附近還有小超市
我們提前選了主題房，一定要選高級房！！！特別美！！！感覺像是公主會住的房間！！！有不同的芭蕾主題和配色可以提前備註選擇
酒店洗浴配置的是歐舒丹！！前台小姐姐英文很流利還給安排了提前入住，中間好像來打掃過一趟，看我們拿走了還加了三套！我們三個人入住也沒有額外加人頭費！！
酒店免費送1h的桑拿！！！！！！（沒聽懂，入住的時候説帶我們參觀啥的，等我們全粧下去的時候才發現原來是桑拿房…含淚錯過）
早飯種類不多雖然但很好吃，個人感覺值得100多/人
服務很快，想要啥基本都能快速響應，門口有台階，可以讓前台幫忙拿行李並送回房間或送到樓下

非常棒的酒店，位置離景點不遠，雖然臨街但十分安靜，房間雖不大但設施很齊全，房間贈送的巧克力超級好吃，床也很舒服，下次還會再來。
