Perfect location unfortunately an aging hotel which does not meet the criteria of a 4 **** elevator in poor condition, large shutters on the terraces whose slats are on the verge of falling!! In our room on the side a small single-glazed window overlooking the entrance to the car park, therefore extremely noisy!! It's a shame because the rooms are spacious and with a nice renovation it would change everything. The price asked must be related to the services and this is not the case. The breakfast on the other hand is quite correct.

Hotel very well located in the city center, very large suite with a beautiful view of the mountain, swimming pool and garden. We preferred to eat outside. the breakfast is quite complete. Pleasant unheated swimming pool.

A nice hotel, attentive staff. When we passed, not all services were operational, and it was too cold to enjoy the superb (unheated) outdoor swimming pool. The large room (ex-cinema room) could be better highlighted: potential, as they say! But as it stands, not sure we would come back.

An extremely well located hotel with attentive, responsive and very pleasant staff. On the other hand, this hotel suffers from numerous malfunctions: - The air conditioning which was not turned on at the beginning of May, the rooms are still under the heating system. It seems that only one bedroom has independent air conditioning, all the others work together either in air conditioning mode or in heating mode. A technician must come to carry out the manipulation each season… - The television which is on the wifi and which really does not work very well. - The garden and the swimming pool are minimally maintained, it's a shame it could be really nicer. - No restaurant on certain dates and especially no bar to enjoy the outdoors. These only operate from mid-May. However, I recommend the hotel for its location and its staff. Sometimes it is better to be a good 3 star than a bad 4 star. An informed customer would be less damaging.
