The dining room is extended by a large terrace facing south on the park, without vis-à-vis, which invites relaxation and rest. The living room with its fireplace, is a comfortable space. The volumes are contemporary and spacious. Each room is equipped with new bedding. The 1st floor serves 3 bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom and large Italian shower. The 2nd floor serves 2 bedrooms, one very large with a magnificent view of the Puys, and can be converted into a dormitory if necessary. The house is remodeled with a respectful heritage taste, which should appeal to lovers of beauty and comfort. Local shops are 10 minutes (Intermarché). It is located less than 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and close to the tourist sites: Chaîne des Puys classified World Heritage of UNESCO, villages of Saint-Nectaire and Saint-Saturnin, amusement park Vulcania, paragliding in Puy Saint-Sandoux, lakes of Aydat and Pavin, castles of Murol and Busséol, alpine skiing, and historical heritage.
