Every summer my wife and I go back “home” to Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez. When my wife and I arrived this summer, Samuel was waiting. Not a staff member. Not reception. This was our fifth year staying at Hotel de Paris in Saint-Tropez, and once again it was absolutely fabulous. Each time we return, it feels like coming home to a place that understands true luxury while still making you feel completely relaxed and welcome. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with every detail thought of — but what keeps us coming back year after year is the incredible service. The staff goes above and beyond in every way, and at the heart of that is the head concierge, Samuel. He has become so much more than just a concierge to us; over the years, he has truly become a friend. His care, attention, and thoughtfulness are unmatched. Whether it’s helping us plan the perfect day, securing the best tables, or just sharing a warm smile and genuine conversation, Samuel always makes our experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such an amazing experience, but Hotel de Paris manages to do it every single year.
