This is a pretty nice place for club holidays. The food is remarkable, the drinks and cocktails are limitless. More, the club chief has charisma and I guess a good hand on the numerous staff members. More, we had a good time, the club runs well despite being full. Please give a careful look at the waterski team which seems to have a situation. The seniors make no effort, young ones, some are very nice, one was rude with some guests. The overall feeling isn’t up to the club. Your smile is enlightening.

Another wonderful vacation with Club Med! This was our 2nd trip to Boucaniers, and once again not disappointed. The location perfect, away from the crowds on a perfect slice of beach. The village charm remains after a lovely room remodeling and the food continues to be a slice of Creole France. Sporting activities are top-notch and the staff helpful. The newly added Padel is a nice addition, although some overhead shading would be appreciated. The all-day catamaran excursion ranks as one of our top ever, stopping to snorkel with sea turtles and later a fish filled reef. (Terry and Kimberly were the duo crew who were wonderful guides and great chefs) We were very pleased at the evening activity "tweeking" featuring more live music & dancing and less stage shows. This is small resort, lending itself to great music and spontaneous fun by the guests. It feels so genuine with a great band under the stars, listening to music with a European twist. But don't worry, the ever fun Rum Road remains a highlight! Boucaniers remains French forward, which is A-OK with this American family! We enjoy the international vibe and it makes the trip all the more special. If you want English, go to Florida; if you crave an escape, head to Martinique. With that said, the GO's made us feel welcome. A special recognition to: Fif at fitness/stretch, Adrien at water sports, Jean Martin the restaurant chef & host, Tarik at water fitness/lifeguard, Alice in guest relations, Samuel at water sports, and of course the fabulous Chief-de-Village More. See you Club Med next year!

This was my second time at a Club Med. Turcs and Caicos was amazing. Martinique not so much. The positive things are the beach and the water sports. The site is stunning with palm trees and high green mountains as a backdrop. The house keeping staff works extremely hard to keep the rooms clean. The local food service staff/waiters/bar staff work very hard but are unfortunately understaffed to always provide a quality service. At least they remain polite and professional. The pastries and cheese were amazing. The rest of the food was very lacklustre. A variety of disappointment fluctuating between being under and over cooked. The worst part was the G.O. team. They simply lack in hospitality or social skills. They should be called RO (rude organizer). There was absolutely no one supervising the GO “entertainment” team. They spent the evening getting wasted, smoking and socializing between themselves instead of interacting with the guests. The inebriated incoherent “DJ” blasted the music so loud that most people left by 930. Just very rude and inconsiderate. Great for the kids to watch such unprofessional behaviour. Quite turned off from this experience. I am uncertain whether I will ever go to another Club MED if this is the standard.

We mainly come here for windsurfing and this is our second time for this place. The availability of the windsurfing board is a bit tight when lessons are running. We wish there are more windsurfing boards available for those who didn't need to take the windsurfing lesson. One big disappointment is that there is no more tennis lessons and tournaments in this facility. The resort overall is beautiful and has been renovated since we went there last time. Food wise, we found food provided is good 5 nights out of 7. Wish there are more varieties of food for breakfast. The GO teams are friendly.

Many thanks to Club Med des Boucaniers for a fantastic week in a paradise location! Great GO team always ready to help and boost the holiday spirit! Special thanks to the GOs animating the Aqua Gym, Aqua Walk, Paddle, Windsurfing and Kayak to make it fun and easy! Superb and varied choices of local and French foods at the restaurant! Great evening shows and parties that really demonstrate the heart and soul put by the GO team to make a fantastic GM vacation experience... and la route du rhum is something to remember for sure! Finally many thanks to More Cheffe du Village always stopping by for a friendly chat!

This was another family trip to club med. We knew there was no kids club. But no tennis classes at all?? No circus either. The club is older but well kept. Main areas have been renovated for the most part and had a good ambiance. Our room was also sort of renovated but they should have also replaced the cheap dated white tiles which you also see in the rather narrow corridors. I don’t get the separate toilet if it doesn’t have a sink. I would consider doing a separate door from within the washroom if you absolute feel you need to separate the toilet Bed was comfortable for me. There are North American power outlets but none of ours worked. The entertainment at night is average at best. The transit from airport takes more than an hour and this is on top of a five hour flight. I found bar staff at times a bit stand-offish. It also wouldn’t take that much to offer better drinks. A mudslide isn’t that complicated. Food was good for the most part. I prefer Miches and Cancun over this one.

The Club location is lovely with great views, beach and swimming. Our room was comfortable, and the cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the food and Club evening entertainments. The classes offered were frequent and as personalized as possible. The instructors were excellent. We recommend the resort!

After reading other reviews going back to 11/2023, other comments were made on the lack of G.O. socializing effort in addition to the dearth and poor quality of what passes as evening "entertainment". (You could hear the crickets sounding by 9:30pm. ) There were only two G.O. shows per week. The rest of the week was, I was told, local professional musicians were brought in. These hired bands did not perform in the theatre but rather just up on a slightly elevated stage near the pool where there was no seating. Most were only o.k. One Exception: dance numbers as choreographed by a very cute G.O. lady were good. We were in Boucaniers in Jan. - Feb. and as far as we could tell, there were no improvements to the negative comments made by other guests months earlier. This despite assurances to improve in the Club's replies and that interaction was very important and how dedicated they were to this. Unless what we experienced WAS an upgrade...yikes. I agree with one review that the kitchen team was also absent. The Chef should make the rounds every night. He/she should see or talk with diners once in a while. Take an interest in your guests and their thoughts and comments about the food, f'hevvinssake. We had no idea who the chief cook was here. Never saw him/her. Clearly this Chef could give a damn what guests thought because those overcooked veggies every single night were mushy and shameful. Agree too the local PS working in the A/C dining room are curt and lackadaisical in picking up dirty dishes. Forget about refilling wine. We got up and did it ourselves. ONE BAR?? There should be at LEAST two more. They could be portable ones set up at the beach (it's a pain and most inconvenient to have to get up from the beach to go get a drink) and the pool (plastic cups are fine) during high traffic hours to help with faster, more efficient service. There should even be a bar IN the restaurant cause a Bloody Mary or Mimosa is nice at breakfast. And the 9:30 breakfast cut-off is not exactly conducive to an easy, lazy vacation day. The other restaurant on site is L'O. It requires reservations and had a set menu. Two items were à la carte: steak or lobster. At a considerable additional cost. We heard from people the meat was tough and the lobster overcooked. So much for all-inclusive. The Bar Team was the hardest working G.O.s at the Club. Seriously. Olivier, Christine, Celine, Sandra and MC, under pressure, all managed to provide excellent service making really good drinks and all with a smile and good humor. EXCURSIONS: We had one all-day tour that instructed us to meet at 7:15 am. The restaurant was not open for breakfast until 7am! A little coordination, please? Turns out that Excursions asked the Restaurant to open earlier and the Restaurant's response was for the Excursions to start later. How professional. Not. A civilized compromise would be for the Restaurant to have just one or two workers set up at least a Contine
