Surfrider Resort Hotel

I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk). However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard. That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people.

Room is not good.

comfortable, wish they put more bottled water in the rooms 2 isnt enough when you can't drink the water from the faucet and also have to use it to brush teeth with. excellent location the beach is right infront of the restaurant so beautiful too.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good AC which is a must in the Marianas. My only issue is the long…I mean long trek, hike, journey from the parking lot to room 212. Coming in for an overnight after the late flight on united air. Had a lot of bags and hurt my knee in Tokyo so the hike, journey, trek to room 212 with 4 pieces of luggage was horrible. If you are staying at the hotel and have any luggage let alone 4, request, plead and protest if they try to give you a room beyond 206. 212 was an outpost that required careful provisions to reach from the front desk. If you make it to your room, you will have a comfy place to sleep, but I wouldn’t blame you if you turn back halfway. The good thing is there are no predators on Saipan so building a fire and taking a 2-hour break mid journey will be safe. The staff were friendly and the front desk attendant checking me in was top notch, however.

Staff was Awesome! Very clean facility. Great stay. I will recommend to others.

we had an amazing stay. The bed is great very soft and comfy. The room and the hotel is really clean and organize.

Conveniently located near two places to eat. And 5 minutes walk to the beach. There’s a good gym. Close to airport

The walk to the room was something that needed to be more private but overall it was excellent.

I would say this place has the best beach resto bar to enjoy the sunset.
