It was the first time I stayed in such a clean room. After noticing it, I started to look at the details. Even the groove of the bathroom door was pure new. The bathroom was clean without any dead corners. The bathtub was so clean that it reflected light. The mirror was heated and would not fog up. The bathtub and the sink grooves were clean and refreshing. It would be a shame not to take a bath in such a perfect bathroom. The shampoo worked well (oil control). The room was decorated simply and generously, and there was enough space for a single person to move around. The smart light control can adjust the light and color by yourself. The TV will display the breakfast menu, which is different every day. The freshly made rice balls and hot soup are good. The hotel is very close to the station but quiet. The station has business districts, large stations, express trains, etc. It is very convenient to go to the city and the airport.
Disadvantages: The toothbrush does not work well. The shower is too strong and powerful, it is a water column.
The sea view room is absolutely stunning! It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a peaceful stay. Getting to Namba in the city center is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes by Nankai Express. This an old-school five-star hotel, and the service is impeccable, not to mention how clean it is. You really should try the breakfast and dinner too! 👍 I almost don't want to share this gem, because if it gets too popular, it'll be impossible to book a room or the prices will skyrocket! 🤣 I might not be able to get a reservation next time! 😅
Excellent hotel for the budget. The hotel is old but it is well maintained. My room has a double bed, very clean and they do housekeeping every day. The restroom is very new, even has a tub for you to soak in after a day of walking. I even have a small fridge in the room. It is not good for 2 people as the space is really tight. Cant even fully open my medium size luggage without having difficulty. They have buffet breakfast everyday too. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station going to Namba and Airport, which is a big help during arrival and leaving for not going through the busy subway stations. It is a little away from the touristy area, but with the metro it is only 4 stops away. There is also a mall nearby that has Daiso, Muji and drugstore for souvenirs. Very good for getting away from the crowd after a whole day of doing touristy stuff. Definitely would recommend!

Booking this hotel for our trip was an absolute stroke of luck! Traveling with two children to the Expo, I was initially worried about the chaos and stress of getting around. To my surprise, the hotel has a private pier on its second floor, offering direct boat access to the Expo's West Gate. This convenience completely put my mind at ease about the children getting separated.
During our stay, the thoughtful service from the hotel staff truly warmed my heart. In particular, there was a charming young man who spoke fluent Chinese. Not only did he ensure seamless communication, but he also went above and beyond his duties, showing exceptional kindness and responsibility. When he learned I didn't have my Visa card and couldn't buy boat tickets, he immediately offered to pay for them without a second thought. He meticulously confirmed the departure time of the last boat and repeatedly discussed the payment method for the return journey with the boatman, arranging every detail for me.
The next day, I overslept and missed our scheduled time. After rushing onto the boat, I suddenly remembered I hadn't confirmed the cash payment for the tickets. To my astonishment, this dedicated staff member actually chased me down to the pier! He personally verified the payment method with the boatman and even specifically warned me that the 10 PM boat was fully booked, recommending I take the 8:30 PM cruise back instead. Encountering such thoughtful assistance in a foreign country truly left me with an indescribable feeling of warmth and gratitude!
I sincerely wish this kind staff member all the very best for his bright future, continued success, and that his positive influence continues to grow! This unforgettable stay will undoubtedly become one of the most cherished chapters in my travel memories.
Very good business hotel at reasonable price. Has all the necessary amenities. Room is clean.
Located near Higashisakai station. Lots of food options, convenience stores and shopping nearby.
For those going to Kansai Airport, might not be too convenient, since it's not direct and you have to transfer
Location: Across the street from Sakaihigashi Station, very easy to find. In addition, Sakaihigashi is actually a large station. It only takes a dozen minutes to reach Namba, which is already the city center of Osaka. So if you can't find a hotel in Osaka, the price/performance ratio here is very competitive.
Room: The room is relatively large, with a square layout, enough space for suitcases, and the overall look is clean and tidy.
Service: There may be a shortage of staff. There was no one at the counter when I went there, but that did not affect the quality of the service. In the morning, there was a lady, and in the evening, there was a middle-aged man. The male waiter left a deep impression on me. He had a high EQ, was organized and had no loss of manners.
Facilities: Toiletries are available in the lobby. There is a large bathroom but it is very small. The most embarrassing thing is that there is only one elevator. It is a bit inconvenient to have only one elevator in a hotel with more than ten floors.
Breakfast: The hotel will issue breakfast coupons with four options. My personal opinion is that Matsuya has the best value for money, with ABC meals, and the portions and dishes are quite large. I gave up on Yoshinoya because they had natto. There is also a cafe on the second floor of the station and a hamburger shop on the first floor. The cafe's breakfast is sandwiches/bread with drinks. Finally, we went to a hamburger shop. I showed the clerk my breakfast coupon for the next day, but he said it was not for today and would not be accepted. I thought to myself, this coupon has not expired, and they just turned me away. Good job, forget it.
Right next to sakai station, which is super convenient if you are wanting a close metro. They didn't clean my room for the 4 days I stayed there, just left new towels on my doorknob. This was frustrating because I didn't have a broom. Also, the room was super dusty which kept me coughing all night. The bidet was nice touch and they served free breakfast in the AM.
Although the room is not very large but fully functional, the transportation is convenient. It is about five minutes walk from the East Station. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, suitable for official tourists.
The real pleasure of traveling alone is to be able to relax at the hotel. In that respect, I like the toothbrush and comb of the Apa Hotel. This time I stayed at 4 hotels on a daily basis, 2 of which were APA hotels. Thank you for your comfortable trip.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserCheck-in is just a passport scan, and it seems to have been fine ~~ I stayed for two days and I don't know if I didn't eat breakfast, but it was good because it was close to the station. How did it happen? It's a huge hotel with a lot of rooms ㅎ Sound insulation is also good.
GGuest UserWhen I made the reservation, I specified the number of adults and children as usual, but it turned out that I was only booking for one adult. I always book through this site, so it was cheaper, and I was very disappointed. The hotel's response was very good.
LLeonleeThe room is large, clean and tidy, the customer service staff is courteous, the location is convenient, the East Station is about 10 minutes away, and the nearby shopping street is very convenient. Will live next time
GGuest UserCheck-in time exceeded 23:00, but we were able to respond politely. Also, I exceeded the time a little at check-out, but I was able to respond politely again.
GGuest UserThere is a public bathhouse on the second floor (I only discovered it when I checked out, so I didn't get to go there.)
The room is big and has a view!
It feels a little dated, but in Japan, it's a retro game, so this is acceptable.
The location is good as it is near the station where the Nankai Airport Express stops.
I don't think many people usually come to Sakai Station for sightseeing...
Still, accessibility to downtown Osaka seems to be excellent.
GGuest UserIt was right in front of the Hankai train station, so it was easy to get to even on a rainy day. The walls are a little thin, so I could hear the conversations of foreign guests all the time, but it's enough for a normal stay and sleep. The price was reasonable and it was helpful.
