Having to pay for parking was a shock - especially @ $27:00! However, when, as a courtesy, we informed the hotel that we'd missed our connection in Amsterdam & couldn't get another flight 'till the following day they offered to re-book our room; no fuss, no surcharge, so much relieved. Very impressed with that level of service.

The staff were amazing and the room was great it just never seemed tonget warmer no matter how many times we turned the heat up but other then that it was amazing

Checkin was great, room was great and clean. Parking was great though I was a bit surprised at the cost. Free or reduced rate for customers would have been much better, but come and go was convenient. Breakfast was free but could have been better. Checkout was simple and fast. All staff seemed to be very professional and pleasant.

Soap dispenser was empty in the shower, coffee machine did not work. Nice staff, located in a good spot adjacent to all amenities. But really, nothing special.
