This place is nothing like what the pictures promote. We got the standard bedroom, not the villa. There are only 5 rooms and the balcony faces the street that every single jeep, car, motorbike has to pass by. The noise at all times of the day was unbearable! Worse than that, the service was absolute garbage. There is NO communication between the receptionists, their attitude was the absolute worst and they knew very well that everyone complained about the noise, they mentioned many times. This place is not worth all that money whatsoever. Breakfast is not even served at the hotel like they show in the pictures you actually have to walk to some restaurant outside the hotel. To make matters worse, they agreed on getting our bags to the airport at a later than so we could go explore another town and after repeatedly reminding them to not forget one of the bags, of course they forgot it and to ship it to me they made ME PAY THE SHIPPING. the audacity they have to make the costumer pay for their mistake is just appalling! It is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the pictures do not show the reality of this place. It could’ve had potential but it would need to be rebuilt in a different part of town and to renew its whole staff. DO NOT STAY THERE, it’s a complete waste of money! Este lugar no se parece en nada a lo que promueven las fotos. Tenemos el dormitorio estándar, no la villa. Solo hay 5 habitaciones y el balcón da a la calle por la que tiene que pasar cada jeep, coche y moto. ¡El ruido en todo momento del día era insoportable! Peor que eso, el servicio era una absoluta basura. NO hay comunicación entre los recepcionistas, su actitud fue la peor y sabían muy bien que todo el mundo se quejaba del ruido, lo mencionaron muchas veces. Este lugar no vale nada de ese dinero. El desayuno ni siquiera se sirve en el hotel como se muestra en las fotos sino que se tiene que ir a un restaurante afuera del hotel. Para empeorar las cosas, acordaron llevar nuestras maletas al aeropuerto más tarde para que pudiéramos ir a explorar otra ciudad y después de recordarles repetidamente que no olvidaran una de las maletas, por supuesto que la olvidaron y que me la enviaran me hicieron PAGAR EL ENVÍO. ¡La audacia que tienen para hacer que el cliente pague por su error es simplemente atroz Es literalmente el peor hotel en el que me he alojado y las fotos no muestran la realidad de este lugar. Podría haber tenido potencial, pero tendría que ser reconstruido en una parte diferente de la ciudad y renovar todo su personal. NO TE QUEDES ALLÍ, es una pérdida total de dinero!

The cabin was a perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. Definitely get one of the deluxe cabins. The breakfast was good. Close walk to the main plaza.

The value for money proposition doesn’t work for this property. The service is poor, the breakfast is terrible, and the location is relatively far from the square where all the activity is. Also, my balcony and whirlpool were strange, and dangerous. I can not recommend until they fix some of these issues.

Overall good and clean, didnt waived 19% fee Food was about average, I think the menu could be improved. Everything else is a 9 out of 10
