Good location, helpful and friendly check in and parking, clean apartment just a little cold as heaters not the greatest but would stay again

Bright, clean, really comfortable apartment, brilliantly located with tram lines right outside the building. Host was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very efficient and easy. Parking space available for £17 per day. There is a £100 refundable security deposit to pay on arrival which isn’t included in the booking fee.

I booked and apartment for my wifes anniversary with a plan of going out in Manchester - I booked through *********** 5 days before my stay however on the day of my stay I got a call from 'the host' who sounded quite aggressive he asked me questions like why do you want to stay at the property? who will you be attending with? whats the name of the person etc - I asked why this is necessary as I've never had this kind of interrogation booking a hotel before - The host then told me its because I live in the same town and people in the same town are known to be a nuisance - he then said check the fine print then hung up. After checking the fine print I can't see anywhere any Ts & Cs that state if you live in the same town you are unable to book here - to make things worse they only told me I can't stay on the day which made finding another property in a similar price range very difficult subsequently ruined my day and now I have to wait up to 10 working days to receive my money back. would NOT book here ever again.

Good Location, good parking, clean and service was good by staff. Noise levels were all good. Rooms were good and very spacious. Good value for money as there was a concert going on.

It was an amazing experience in one of the best positions in Manchester. So clean and family-friendly environment.

Nice and comfortable apartment in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms inside which is very comfortable and rather unique. Outstanding views from the windows, Watching the sunset there was just breathtaking. Really worth recommending

Difficult to find as it wasn’t located on Google maps. It was nice but I wouldn’t stay again unless for convenience. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and I wasn’t aware there was a £200 deposit that they had to take on arrival, which I should get back today? It’s right on the doorstep to Media City which was nice to explore. The man was helpful as he come out to collect me as I couldn’t find the apartments. The rooms were clean and tidy, everything was ok. As a solo traveller, I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe it would be better if there was a group of you.

We rented two apartments for two families. Apartments were great, really modern, clean and well equipped. The staff that we spoke to on the phone in advance and those that gave access on the day were great and really helpful. Would certainly recommend for families visiting Manchester.

good condition but needs soft furnishings. great location for the Lowry and tram stop for city centre. ‘no short lets’ signs everywhere not the warmest welcome.
