房間簡約，但是環境是真的很不錯，空氣清新、設計美，餐廳食物好吃，推薦海鮮，還可以協助安排的士，附近幾公里有諾文塔奧特萊斯，有空可以去逛逛。

The information about the hotel said that it would have a playground (the reason why we chose this hotel), and Air conditioning. Once we arrived we learned that there is no playground and the AC in our room was not working. We had warm air circulating when we tried to put it on. Also noisy from the hallway and other rooms.

The hotel is fine, staff are generally friendly and helpful. Our big surprise was that coming back to the hotel in the evening (a Saturday) there was a full blast outside discotheque that made sleeping in our room impossible. After a while staff were able to assign us a smaller room than the one we had previously, with a much smaller bed. We were not offered a compensation, only a discount for our next stay (we are not planning to be in the area in years to come). Very poor management communication!
