The self-check-in doesn't work at all. We pre-booked a suite for three people by phone. They give you a code, but it doesn't work on the front door. We haven't figured out how to actually get into the building yet. We had to call the emergency number. That worked right away, but a few hours later, a Lithuanian couple was standing at the front door and couldn't get in either. They had booked through Booking and could only check in using the emergency number. So, self-help doesn't work at all. When you book for three people, you really expect there to be three beds. There was a couch, which we had to make up ourselves. Okay, at least the bedding was available. But there wasn't a bath towel for all three guests. One of us had to make do with the small towel... but that was still acceptable, I think. Breakfast was satisfactory; it was quite okay for the price. If you read the other reviews, you'd think there was still an inn, but it's not. There's not a soul to be seen anywhere, and a glass refrigerator for self-service beer cans. It was my first and, I think, last self-check-in experience. I'll skip that in the future.
