Overall the hotel is good: the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied and tasty, the passes to the PortAventura park work :)
What I didn't like: we arrived at the end of October - the indoor SPA was not working, except for the cafe where we had breakfast, the restaurants were not working

The food and facilities were good. But the attention and cleanliness was horrible! We had a very bad experience, we even filed a complaint. The room was not ready to enter...
