Pictures were misleading/not even a picture of hotel surroundings. Could have paid 1/2 the price for a better included breakfast as well.

This was advertised as being at City Creek. It is NOWHERE NEAR City Creek. It is in a rundown and unsafe part of town. It was dirty and things were broken. We did not stay there and they wouldn’t refund our money. This was false advertising and feel like we got taken advantage of. Do not go here! There were multiple tweekers outside of the building. It’s not safe to stay there

Room was clean. Bathroom needs some attention. Toilet was wobbly. Shower has mold under the caulk, it needs to be cleaned and redone.

Although the facility is older and a bit run down, you can tell that they are working on it and making effprt to upgrade and fix it. The staff was super pleasant. I will stay here again.

This room was so gross. Bathroom not clean, floors not vacuumed. In need of major upgrades. Definitely will not be a return stay.

Obviously this is a low cost facility so it won't get Marriott level ranking. I needed a low cost trip so this was what I planned for and could do it again in similar circumstances.
Negatives - not much money put into keeping up with wear and tear so it is old and worn.
SO COLD - heating not working so especially the second 40 degree night was freezing and I had to put on extra clothing. The control panel has clearly been broken a long time.
Location 10 blocks from center and no convenient food nearby. Ok if you don't mind a short walk.
Positives - staff was good and so was the free breakfast.

I can see the motel is trying to improve. Alot of changes have occured in the last year. Aside from that, staff members are rude, arrogant and not so professional.
