The room was the smallest I've ever stayed and it was freezing. Next Day I reported the problem and there was no change. I enjoy the cold but triste was to much. The bathroom was outdated and the room needed some TLC but the restaurant was a complet diferent thing: good food y great service. Woul líke to mention Fernández, the waiter for making every guest feel welcome. This hotel is not a four stars Maybe 2 and half.

Nightmare Experience!! Elevator shaft in the wall of my room going up and down all night….. terrible food in the restaurant, window didn’t lock, room safe didn’t unlock, staff don’t care. The one small window I had facing a wall, with an AC unit covered in bird Poo Worst worst worst night in a hotel in my life and I traveled non stop for 20 years

We pre-paid for 5 nights at this hotel, but the condition and quality of the hotel were so horrible, we moved to other hotel (Yep, they didn't refund a penny) The room was right next to busy street and it was noisy all night. The room was dirty, old and seems like never did any updating for last 30 years. $10 hostel should be better than this hotel. We spend two nights at Legardo Mitico Salta and two nights at KKala Both are beautiful boutique hotel and very clean and excellent service. Probably the two best hotel in Salta.

All old and poorly preserved. The restaurant is expensive and has a limited menu. Poor breakfast. In the room the air conditioning was noisy and the curtain was broken. Hallways with deteriorated carpets. Its location is very good, close to everything and its receptionists are very friendly. . I do not recommend it because there is no price-quality ratio.

Very bad experience. The beds were a disaster, the employees were overwhelmed, at breakfast there were no tables, no cups or spoons. It was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Amerian is rare. It is a chain but in each province they maintain it differently. In Salta it lacks maintenance. It looks like an old hotel. The bathroom is a bit sad. Bring shampoo because it's the worst I've seen. The weak restaurant. The attention is good. The normal breakfast.

Lack of maintenance. Old and transparent sheets. Air conditioning from 1980 stopped every 10'! Girls rooms. The sink floods just from brushing your teeth. I won't even tell you about the rain. Towels on the floor so you don't have to be in a lake. Basic breakfast. Upon returning from a stay in Purmamarca...we had to return there. What did they tell us...that there were broken pipes. They sent us to another Hotel. When waiting for the taxi outside... a bus came full of people... all evacuated. So the pipes were magically fixed. Liars! We will give the worst references if you ask us where to go to Salta.

Sin dudas recomendable, nos dieron una habitación primer piso al frente(calle) pero los cerramientos doble vidrio hicieron su trabajo dormi muy bien. El spa es completo y muy barato. No pude probar la piscina por falta de tiempo. El personal muy atento.
