Rede Andrade Plaza Salvador

During my recent stay at the Andrade Plaza Salvador, I was extremely disappointed with the experience offered by the hotel. From the beginning, the structure appeared old and poorly maintained, with a musty smell evident in several areas. The furniture showed clear signs of wear and tear, with a mattress that sank completely, making sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, both the bedroom and bathroom were visibly dirty. The hotel's promotional images are misleading as they do not reflect the actual condition of the accommodations. This discrepancy constitutes false advertising, a serious issue for any establishment that wishes to maintain a good reputation. I was shocked to discover that there was no water available in the hotel during my stay, and the room did not even have a minibar, something unexpected in a hotel that should offer a minimum of amenities to its guests. To make matters worse, the sheets had holes, which only reinforced the feeling of neglect regarding the maintenance and cleaning of the place. Breakfast was another disappointing aspect. With few options repeated daily, the lack of variety and quality was evident, making morning meals something to avoid. Due to all these problems, I decided to shorten my stay and leave a day earlier than planned, as it was no longer possible to stay there. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Andrade Plaza Salvador hotel to anyone. The experience was without a doubt the worst I have ever had, and I hope that future improvements can be made to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.

The hotel is well located, the last two times I was there I had no problems with the hotel facilities. The breakfast was varied, the girls who work in the café were always very attentive.

Terrible hotel, the worst I've ever stayed in my life, the pillows were stale, they put us in a room in the basement where the headboard was propped up and almost falling off, the towels were dirty and torn, the staff was rude, the breakfast had few options, besides being a super noisy hotel, there were people shouting until 4 am, the upstairs part of my room people were stepping on and making noise all night, I literally couldn't sleep, the TV remote was broken, I don't recommend this trashy hotel to anyone.
