The room was clean, but not soundproof at all; I could hear everything from the next room.

1. The entrance is a bit scary, located next to a canal, and there are no shops nearby. 2. The rooms are not soundproof; you can hear everything anyone says, and it's not very private. You can also hear people walking around. 3. The curtains don't close completely; people walking by can see in, making it impossible to undress in the room. 4. For a hotel in this price range, a hairdryer should be included (but I did see a sign saying no makeup artists or loud noises are allowed, so there's no hairdryer).
