This is our 4th day in this hotel and let me tell you I can’t find anything negative to say about this place. This is my first time staying here, but my sisters were here four years ago. It is very beautiful, rooms are specious and very clean. Breakfast is good. People that work here are very nice. They go out of their way to make everyone happy. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Samarkand.

É inconcebível que um hotel afirme ter 4 estrelas quando os banheiros não funcionam, falta água, a cama quebra, o colchão é duro como uma tábua. Como os antigos mercadores, esse hotel tem uma aparência muito bonita por fora, com mármores e estátuas. Mas por dentro, é horrível. O custo é muito elevado para o benefício. E não se assuste se um funcionário gritar com você. Ou gerente falar tão alto que você não consiga dialogar com ele. Deve ser evitado.
