Team was fabulous but Your AM is so Rude and judgemental, reason i stayed in your hotel was just to teach your AM not to judge a book by its cover, He is a Judgemental person he should change his behaviour, if possible do show him this. Yes kudos to the housekeepers.

Booked the hotel through an aggregator, payment made and voucher received. Aggregator calls back after 5 days that the hotel will refuse check in because of price issues. They didn’t even consider reworking a negotiated price to make it easier for all. While we receive a refund, it impacted the entire planning and had to get an alternate hotel.

We were a family of 8 who travelled to Kashmir. We spent 3 nights at ‘The Kabo’. It was a memorable experience. The comfort ( rooms are spacious), the food (delicious) and above all the hospitality. My brother had had a fall and multiple fractures in Pahalgam. But when we reached ‘ The Kabo’ we felt at home. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would like to say a big ‘ THANK YOU ‘ to all at ‘ The Kabo’.🙏

We loved our stay at The Kabo. Our experience was not less than a 7 star hotel. Their service is top notch and we were specially assisted by Mr. Gowhar. They have helped us with every small requirement and have made us comfortable. The food is too good and their rooftop experience is unforgettable!

Our stay was disappointing. The room temperature was unbearable, and despite multiple requests for assistance, the issue was never resolved. We stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was frustrating. We won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.
