One of the best. Excellent facilities, good swimming pool, rooftop experience was good, awesome breakfast with very polite and professional staffs. Good hospitality.

Cleanliness seemed alright at check in until I woke up after the first night with insect bites. I believe there were bed bugs in room 918 (bed on the right). Hopefully the hotel does something about it.
The room was otherwise clean and spacious. Location was excellent for visiting chinatown area. There were lots of delicious food options nearby and also just 5 mins walk to the metro.
One more thing is that the hot water in the room was not working. Thankfully it was just a 2 nights' stay.

Had a great view and was near to China town
But not worth the price and would not rate it a 4 star hotel.
Room needed some paint and all the wood and furniture was faded and not well maintained. The lighting in the room was very dim and the air conditioning unit was very old.
Only one of the three lifts where working so was very annoying

The location is excellent! It’s right across from Hua Lamphong Railway Station—super convenient. My rooms have a direct view of the station, which is really charming and iconic.
It’s also close to several interesting neighborhoods like Talad Noi, Song Wat, and Yaowarat (Chinatown). You can easily walk to explore these areas, and there’s tons of food around—local eateries, street food, and cool cafes. Perfect for food lovers and those who enjoy strolling through Bangkok’s old-town vibe.
The hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is polite and professional.
One small downside is the elevator system, which can be a bit confusing, especially when multiple people are using it at once or during check-in hours.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want to explore Bangkok’s old town and have easy access to public transport. Would definitely recommend!

The Quarter Hualomphong couldn’t have a better location -kitty corner from the train station and around the corner from tons of great, cheap Thai street food, cafes and bars, as well as a 15 minute walk from all Chao Phraya riverside attractions and ferries. The breakfast was varied and generous, the pool was decent and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and incredible city views. I recommend this affordable hotel highly.

Great Stay in Bangkok!
I had a fantastic three-night stay at this hotel. It was clean, in a great location, and offered a stunning view of the Golden Buddha Temple from the terrace. The pool was lovely, and the staff was incredibly kind, helping with my luggage from arrival to my room. Highly recommended!
